I would like the ability to upload medical records and link right to the relevant journal entry.

    Clara, could you clarify what you mean? Do you mean you want to upload files and documents (like scanned paperwork)?

    I'd certainly prefer to upload relevant documentation for each individual journal entry – for example, rabies vaccination documentation.

      Has this ever been addressed? We would also like to be able to scan our documents into that animals profile and have existing fields (ie like vaccinations) and be able to add fields to where we can check off and put dates for rabies, fvrcp, etc and be also able to check off a button to send us a reminder email when the date is to expire.
