Carol,
All you will need to do is submit a Change of Authority (COA) Request online and send the generated required PDF/letter on organization letterhead along with a copy of your driver's license to us via postal mail, scan/email or fax. That will remove the current Authorized User and add you. Once it is processed, you will receive an email with the account information. See more information on the COA process in the link below:
