How can we rank applications?

SUGGESTION:    It would be great if we could have a field allowing us to numerically rank an application and have that ranking show in the SUBMITTED ONLINE FORMS screen.  We have thousands of applications, and we move the appropriate ones to waiting lists, but we have a very specific protocol for ranking applications or applicants (fenced in yard, kids, other dogs, etc)  and sorting them by rank would make things way MORE efficient.
