We often have people who want to adopt more than one cat at a time (two kittens, a bonded pair). You can only have one cat on an application, so we're assuming we would have to have a separate application for the second cat. If this is true, is there a way to copy/clone the original application so we don't have to fill out a new one?

We have the online forms set up for two cats.  Go to Online Forms. Go to Questions. Add Cat #1 and the drop down is Available Animals. Save. Go to Online Forms. Ours are Adoption Screening Form and Adoption Contract. Add the #1 and #2 where you want it. That's how it worked for us.

        Susan,

Organizations typically process the adoption (Animals > Adoptions > Add an Adoption) and leave the form assigned to one of the cats. They often put in a comment on the submitted form, and may even add a comment in the private notes on the animal and adopter's contact record.

At this time there isn't a way to copy/clone the submitted form, but that is certainly something we could consider in a future update. You may want to add this as a feature request or vote on an existing request here: How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services?

        Warmly,

        Michelle
