This guide will walk you through:
- Creating voice mailboxes (you get up to 9)
- For each mailbox, setting up the ability to leave messages or just to hear a recorded message
- Assigning passwords to the mailboxes
- Assigning volunteers to receive email or text alerts when a message is left
- Using settings, such as whether to attach the audio recording of the message and whether to delete it automatically after the alert is sent
- Setting a master password which allows you to change the master greeting
In addition, we'll explain how to access your voice mailboxes and listen to the messages, delete messages, configure your mailboxes, transfer a phone number, and more.
