Your organization can have a catch-all email address for all email that is sent to non-existent users, for instance, those whose email address is not found, or those whose email accounts have been deleted.  This is helpful if someone sends email to a volunteer who has left, or if someone has inaccurately typed an email address to someone in your organization. 

Where do I find it?

You can configure the global catch-all email address through the Email Hosting Control Panel (Services > Manage Email Hosting). A separate window pops up.
