You can easily export your animal data using the following process, and then we can import that data into your RescueGroups.org account. From that point, you will run an app from your computer to sync up the data.
Important
The new update to Petfinder means that we're going to be changing the way you'll experience your Petfinder data sync. We're still working with the Petfinder tech team and this page will change once the process changes.
- Log in to your Petfinder account.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- In the Format box, select the radio button for CSV.
- Click the Generate My Report button.
- Save the file to your computer (eg, on your desktop).
- Send an email to RescueGroups.org Support (support@rescuegroups.org) and attach the Petfinder data to the email.
We will import the data into your account and respond to your ticket when complete.
We currently only import Available and Adopted pets from Petfinder.
