Authorized Contact:  An Authorized Contact is an individual that is authorized to make changes to your RescueGroups.org service, including canceling and subscribing to new services.  An authorized contact is often a principal with the organization, like a board member or director.  The individual is not required to have permissions in your service to be an authorized contact.In addition to authorized contacts, these two types of contacts are important:

Billing Contact:  Often the organization treasurer, the billing contact is an individual who is responsible for keeping your account up-to-date, more specifically, to pay your bills.
