Setting up an email alert for your voicemail

1. Navigate to the Voicemail: Mailboxes section of the Services tab.
2. Click the mailbox number, for example, 1.
3. Click the Edit button.
4. Enter a valid email address in the Email Address field to send an alert to a volunteer’s inbox.
5. (Optional) If you want to receive an attachment of the audio recording in the email alert, select Yes for Attach Recording.   
6. Click the Save Voicemail Mailbox button

You can set alerts for your voicemail so that you get an email when someone leaves a voicemail in your mailbox.
