- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to Online Forms.
- Select Add an Online Form. You can follow along with this under the "Adding a New Form" in our guide here: Adding, editing, and deleting Online Forms
- Create the structure of the form by selecting from the options presented, including filling out the email you want to send to those who submit this form.
- Add questions to your form (also adds them to the database to use later). Find more details in this guide: Adding online form questions to your account
- Enable the form. (You can disable it again at any time.)). More details here: Enabling or disabling a form
- Edit the form and form questions if needed and save it. More details found here: Editing and deleting online forms questions from your database
