Enable 24Petconnect export

1. Make sure your Adopt-a-Pet export is enabled. You can learn how to do this on the Exporting animal data to Adopt-a-Pet guide.
2. Enable the 24Petconnect export by clicking on the 'Click to enable' link under the 24Petconnect row.
