If a User Login Account's email address is no longer valid, RescueGroups.org may deactivate delete the account to prevent large amounts of emails from bouncing back as undeliverable.

Sending messages that are known to be undeliverable will hurt RescueGroups.org's ability to sent email to other recipients, so it is important that we be proactive to minimize the number of repeat undeliverable messages to the same recipient.

We recommend that you take the following actions if your organization receives a notice from RescueGroups.org that a User Login Account has been deactivated due to undeliverable messages:

  1. Consider if the volunteer is still active with your organization.
  2. Contact the volunteer to determine if their email address has changed.

If the person no longer needs access to your RescueGroups.org account
