If you need additional help, please review the instructions in your Petstablished account by logging into your Petstablished account, clicking on the widgets section on your dashboard, and clicking on RescueGroups.org Pet Adoption Portal in the service provider drop down. If you continue to need help please contact Petstablished by emailing support@petstablished.com or by calling (855) 684-3184. |
If your organization would like to upload animal data from Petstablished to RescueGroups.org, please do the following:

- Login to your Manage account.
- Go to Services > FTP Account.

- Login to your Manage account.
- Go to Animals > Imports.
- Click Add an Import Account.
- Select CSV for Configuration Type.
- Enter the File Name that Petstablished will be uploading (which is typically pets.csv).
- We recommend that you enter your email address so you can be alerted concerning import errors.
- Click Save Import Account.
