There's always a first time, and creating that first online form seems intimidating until you actually start. You'll see we've made it as easy as possible for you to have the forms you need. And if you run into a problem, we're here to support you. These are the steps you'll follow in creating your first online form:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to Online Forms.
3. Select Add an Online Form.
4. Create and add questions to the newly created form.
5. Edit the form.
