The Animal Network is important because it does not depend on any external service to find homes for animals that are at-risk in their current environment.   It enables sharing viewing of animals that are not necessarily available for adoption, like ones that are sick, under a hold, or are undergoing rehabilitation. It is a way that your organization and others can share display the information about animals needing homes.

You can search your existing partnerships for animals that you may be able to transfer consider transferring to your organization for adoption.   You have to have active partnerships before you can search, and only animals that the organization has shared will appear in your search results. When you visit a specific your Animal Network page, you will see a list of animals displayed under your Network filters like below.

To search for animals:

1. Go to the Animal Search page Network page by clicking Animals > Network.
2. If needed, select choices from the drop-down menus to narrow down your search results.
3. Click an animal's name to view additional information about that animal.
