configure a global catch-all email address

You can handle the email sent to nonexistent users (email address not found) in one of several ways. One option is to configure a global catch-all email address to use to capture all the undeliverable email.

Enable this option if you want all of the undeliverable email (email address not found, etc) to be sent to one a specific email address.

1. Log in to the Control Panel.
2. Click the Mail tab.
3. Click Change Settings.
4. Next to the option for What to do with mail sent to nonexistent users select Forward to address.
5. Enter the email address to which you want all undeliverable mail sent.
6. Click OK.
