The Website Service integrates the Pet Adoption Portal, the Data Management Service, and Online Forms Service into a website designed with many built-in features designed especially for animal welfare organizations.

All RescueGroups.org services can be updated and managed by logging into your RescueGroups.org account.
If you normally log in to your account using the Pet Adoption Portal, or by going to the Management Interface, we've simplified things! Log in to your account at https://rescuegroups.org.

Where to Start

Before you begin setting up your service, we recommend that you review the following:

  1. Get Familiar with Your Account Interface to get familiar with the locations and functions of your features
  2. Website Feature Tour to get familiar with your website and everything you have available
  3. Basic Setup - Website Service to help you get your website set up
  4. Website Service Best Practices articles for a practical understanding of some of the features and how to get the most out of them
  5. Inspiration Gallery for some awesome design ideas

Our guides will help you get acquainted with a few of the major features, including setting up the look and feel of your website, adding animals, updating web pages, and setting up the animal exports to the adoption listing websites.

We cover only a small portion of the many features and options you have available, so we encourage you to read the rest of the User Guide, and ask questions!
