This issue came up last year in these Q/A posts. Here is the answer given then:
"At this time a form can only be connected to a single animal. However, this is certainly something we could consider in a future update. You may want to add this as a feature request or vote on an existing request.
How can I submit a feature request or idea for an improvement to the RescueGroups.org services? "

Is there an option for an adopter to select multiple 'available animals' from a single application and have the application attached to each animal?
We often have applicants who wish to apply for and then adopt more than 1 kitten. We love this as and very strongly encourage applicants to adopt 2 kittens together or we have bonded pairs that need to be adopted together. To aide this, I have had to add 2 additional form questions where they can select each available animal and not force the applicant to submit multiple forms. Currently the application is automatically attached to the first kitten, but not the additional kittens, so we have to manually attach to additional animals.
Additionally, it would be very helpful if we could flag these applications or the adopter as a "Multiple Submitted" Status (or any other way) so it easily shows there are multiple kittens selected.
