How can I add Ferrets to the species dropdown when adding an animal?

Is it possible to add new species, or have an "Other" species? We now have ferrets coming into our program.

        Andrea is quite correct!  As long as Ferret is selected in your supported species (more on that at the link below) Ferret will be an available species found in the Species dropdown.  You can see this reflected in the Example animal image below.

        About the Supported Species function

          Ferrets are an available species in RG.

          An RG Admin in your org should go to the Animals Menu, then choose settings. Scroll down to "Supported Species" and put a check mark next to the Ferrets option. That will let whomever is entering the animal to list it as a Ferret
