How do we create a new email marketing template? I'm trying to create a new template, but don't see anywhere on how to create a "Footer" in the new template. How can this be achieved?

      Hi Heather, 

      Unless someone in your organization is adept at using HTML, you may be better off modifying a current template and then saving it as a custom template you can use again later.  For instance, Template One has a footer already, so you may want to copy that and then change it up to make it what you want. 

      To do this:

      1. Go to Services > Email Marketing Campaigns
      2. Choose HTML Templates at the top of that page. 
      3. Click the "Copy" button under the first template
      4. In the window that opens, change the Name and Description to something that makes sense to you
      5. In the page that opens first click the link at the top that reads "Look & Feel." 
        Here you can edit the font and background colors to suit you.
        1. Use the "Refresh Preview" button to preview your changes without changing them
        2. Use the "Save Changes" button when you like what you have created
      6. Once you have saved your changes, click the button that reads "Edit HTML Content"
      7. There you will see links to open and edit the header, main and footer area of the template.
      8. Click on the link to the area you want to change and when it suits you, click "preview" and it will take you back to the main page where you can choose the next area you want to edit. 
      9. WARNING: You will want to click the "Save Changes" button above the preview when you are finished.
      10. Click the "Email Marketing Campaigns" link at the top of the page to go back to the main area.

      When you begin to build your campaign and choose a template for it. your new template will appear at the bottom of the Template list.
