      While we helped you resolve this issue through a support ticket, we are happy to answer the question here for the community's benefit.

      When you request an API key from RescueGroups.org, your FTP credentials will be emailed to you. This will include your user name, password, and the ftp directory. You can use that FTP account to download the full adoptable pet data.
